The Bourne Stuntacular
A 2020 attraction in the former Terminator 2: 3D theater. The hybrid format is the gimmick: performers do live parkour, stage combat, and fight choreography across an elaborate set, while wide projection screens fill in the cityscape backgrounds and extend the action into virtual environments. The plot is a typical Bourne chase scenario. About 20 minutes, full theater seating, no waiting in the rain — a solid mid-afternoon air-conditioning stop.

Bourne theater break
It is indoors, seated, and long enough to matter, but still active enough that thrill-focused guests do not feel parked.

Battery Park lagoon benches
Also in San Francisco: It is a real sit-a-spell spot: water views, music, and a bit of separation without leaving the park.

Lombard's lagoon windows
Also in San Francisco: Universal Studios already has several outdoor lagoon gems; this adds an indoor, meal-based version for heat, rain, or overstimulated groups.
Inside Lombard's Seafood Grille, ask for or watch for lagoon-facing seating when available.
