Haunted Mansion

Built into the Liberty Square colonial mansion, this is one of the most beloved attractions at any Disney park. After a brief pre-show in the stretching room, guests board 'Doom Buggies' that glide through a sequence of haunted set pieces: the library with its ghostly readers, the séance room with Madame Leota, the grand ballroom with dancing skeletons, the graveyard with its singing busts. The ride lasts about nine minutes and rewards repeat visits — there's always another joke or detail to spot. The exterior changes for the holidays under the Nightmare Before Christmas overlay each fall.
