Doctor Doom's Fearfall

Opened in 1999 with the rest of Marvel Super Hero Island. Two side-by-side towers shoot riders 200 feet into the air using compressed-air launches, then drop them in randomized patterns over the next 30 seconds. The ride is short and intense, with the brief moment of weightlessness at the apex being the part everyone remembers. Comfortable for most adults, but the air launches catch some riders off guard.
