Opened in 2021, this was Disney's first U.S. installation of the Paris original. Guests don 3D glasses and board rat-sized 'ratmobiles' that scurry through projection-screen scenes — over a Parisian rooftop, into Gusteau's kitchen, through walls and pipes — pursued by Chef Skinner. The trackless cars swing and spin to track the action, with synchronized scents (cheese, strawberries, oven heat) keying off the projections. The dining-room finale is the showpiece.
